We are recruiting for a number of vacancies, various shifts, full time and part time across our Medicine Wards.........
Acute Medical Unit (AMU) - Rapid assessment, investigation, diagnosis, and treatment for adult patients
Redlynch - Gastroenterology Ward
Durrington - Acute Frailty Unit

Main duties of the job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with patient care, including feeding, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
- Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure optimal patient care
