The role involves developing and leading a high-performing finance team, promoting professionalism and continuous growth, ensuring compliance with financial governance, audit, and risk management standards, and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the Group and the wider NHS system to enhance financial performance and operational effectiveness.
