Job summary
Are you passionate about making a real difference in maternal and fetal health? We're looking for a motivated individual to lead a small team of Smoke Stop Advisors dedicated to promoting and supporting smoking cessation during pregnancy.

Experience in delivering smoking cessation support, ideally in pregnancy or maternity settings.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert advice and evidence-based care to reduce smoking in pregnancy.

Lead, educate, and train staff through study days, in-service training, and CPD programs.

Collaborate closely with maternity teams and external agencies to enhance smoke-free initiatives and improve outcomes.

Maintain excellent records with strong attention to detail.

Adapt to challenges with effective problem-solving skills.

Promote cultural sensitivity and inclusivity within all aspects of care.

Work within a dynamic hospital environment.
