eRoster Implementation Facilitator
Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust
This job is now closed
Job summary
It's an exciting and busy time for the E-Roster Team here at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust.
We are currently in the middle of delivering two significant pieces of work - Medical rostering and the Trust wide roll out of eRostering for Agenda for Change (AfC) staff which are pieces of work that have been mandated by National Health Service England (NHSE) following on from a series of government white papers specifically highlighting the importance of eRostering as critical to having the 'right people, in the right place and the right time'.
To date, we are approximately halfway through AfC implementation and a quarter of the way through our medical staff rostering, which is planned for completion in June 2025. For us to meet our deadline, we now need to recruit to one of our two eRoster Implementation Facilitator roles on either a fixed term or secondment basis.
If you have previous experience of eRostering and are interested in joining our small team, then please see the next section for the main duties of this role.
Main duties of the job
