Job summary
Due to an internal secondment within the team, an opportunity to join the coach house on a 18 month secondment opportunity has arisen.
Working in the Coach House will give you Trust-wide exposure by being involved in the rollout ofImproving Together, the way we work at Salisbury to deliver effective and sustainable change where it matters most. You'll be part of the enthusiastic and expert team who provide the formal Improving Together training, coaching and support. Successful candidates will receive in-depth training and support so they can lead on delivery of the training and coaching to teams across the organisation.
Main duties of the job
This opportunity is available to internal staff only and the team are particularly interested in people who can say 'yes' to the following:
- I enjoy meeting new people
- I have experience of delivering training and/or presenting to groups of people
- I want to help teams across the Trust get to grips with Improving Together
- I am interested in and passionate about delivering effective, sustainable change
What will you get in return:
- Develop a broad skill-set, in strategy, change management, coaching and continuous improvement, which will build strong personal leadership capabilities aligned to the Trust leadership behaviour framework
- An opportunity to work at a Trust wide level across all staff groups, including with Executives and senior managers. To influence, share learning, best practice of Improving Together and support the embedding of the Operational Management system (OMS) at SFT.
- Enhanced knowledge of the Trust strategy and the role you play in supporting the achievement of the SFT business model today, tomorrow and in the future
