Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Booking Team within the Central Booking department at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, as a band 4 Booking Supervisor.
The successful candidates will join the Supervisor Team and work within the department to provide to support to the Booking / Administration teams to allow them to deliver an outstanding service to our patients.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to undertake this challenging role. You must be able to manage a busy workload whilst demonstrating strong leadership skills.
We are looking for evidence of team working as well as the ability to work independently. The organisational skills to work in a busy team environment, whilst prioritising workload and working to deadline, recent administration is essential.
The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in patient/customer contact.
The department is a busy but friendly department and has a strong team environment, with staff needing to cross cover and support each other.
The department is open 8:00 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:00 - 17:30 on Friday. The post holder will be required to work full time hours, working pattern can be discussed at interview.
