We are seeking a highly motivated medical administrator to support our Consultants and junior doctors within Buckinghamshire CAMHS and Eating Disorders Service in Aylesbury.

The post is full time with possibility of some remote working. Working days Monday to Friday. Hours are 9:00 to 17:00, non negotiable.

Main duties of the job

  • You will provide administrative support to the Medical Consultants and junior doctors within the Bucks CAMHS Service. This will include day-to-day organisation of systems to ensure the smooth running of the office, follow up clinics, consultants diary and management, audio typing, and other clerical duties as required.
  • You will facilitate good communication and liaison with patients and their families, colleagues within the Trust and across other organisations.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining databases by collecting and inputting of data as necessary.

The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.
