Job summary

Are you an experienced admin individual who is keen to develop a career in mental health?

A part time vacancy has arisen (Fixed Term for 1 Year) to provide a comprehensive and confidential secretarial service to the BaNES CAMHS Liaison Team. This a new post and an excellent opportunity to set up processes with this expanding team to capture necessary data.

Based in Keynsham, you would be part of a thriving multidisciplinary team who work closely together and support each other.

You will support the the hospital Liaison Team with administration processes for patients and their parents/carers.

Main duties of the job

  • Opening referrals for the BaNES CAMHS Liaison team and allocating to the assessing Health Care Professional (HCP)
  • Entering diary appointments onto the system for assessing HCP with correct time and duration
  • Recording CAMHS Liaison referrals and assessments onto the BSW Waiting List Excel spreadsheet, including updating with required data
  • Formatting assessment letters and distributing to relevant people and uploading to the system
  • Performing other general administrative responsibilities including scanning, taking notes, uploading documents and booking follow up appointments
