We're seeking a Team Admin to join our wider admin team supporting the Aylesbury Community Mental Health Team. You'll play a vital role in improving access to dedicated mental health support in local community settings across Buckinghamshire.
You will be managing enquires, via email and telephone, from service users and professionals. You will also be responsible for general administration duties for clinical staff, minute taking, data recording and collection.
The CMHT is based at the Whiteleaf Centre in Aylesbury. This is a modern purpose built resource centre for people with mental illness, offering both inpatient, community and outpatient facilities.

Main duties of the job
- Handle general enquiries into the CMHT.
- Respond to email and telephone enquiries, using a high level of initiative.
- Working in a confidential, respectful and sensitive manner.
- Organising meetings (including minute taking), co-ordinating the diaries of team members and providing administrative support as required
- Provide administrative support to the team ensuring that there are effective administrative systems and procedures in operation.
