We're recruiting an Operational Lead/Manager to lead the CAMHS Single Point of Access team.

Main duties of the job
- To be responsible for the operational management of the Bucks CAMHS Single Point of Access, contributing to planning, co-ordinating, delivering and evaluating the relevant service. To take a lead role in developing teams and services in CAMHS and to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- The Operational Lead will work alongside the Service Manager in making a contribution to overall Directorate strategy/policy to ensure the Directorate delivers its quality, quality improvement, people, finance and performance objectives (in regard to the service they manage).
- The Operations Lead will also work with the Service Manager and Senior Lead of Quality and Governance on research development and programmes for their service.
