Job summary

Are you interested in working in a fast-paced dynamic service and supporting adults with eating disorders in Oxfordshire?

We are looking for a full time Administrator within the Oxfordshire Adult Community Eating Disorder service to join our team. This role would involve supporting the clinicians within the service and regularly communicating with service users, families and other professionals.

Main duties of the job

  • Process face-to-face enquiries and telephone calls/emails from patients, relatives, staff and other professional
  • Assist in the organisation and maintenance of an effective medical/patient records system, referral and discharge process.
  • Sort, scan and upload to electronic health records and distribute mail, ensuring matters of priority are brought to the attention of relevant people.
  • Organise and maintain quarterly figures for reporting and assisting the team when required with data for compiling reports.
  • Arrange patient appointments and book venues for appointments, courses and meetings.
