Are you a clinician with extensive stroke expertise and a passion for leading high-quality, patient-centred care?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Stroke Specialist Clinical Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering excellence across the stroke pathway -- from hyper-acute care through rehabilitation to safe, effective discharge planning.
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who:
- Has advanced knowledge of stroke care and the end-to-end stroke pathway
- Demonstrates strong clinical leadership and decision-making
- Can influence practice, drive improvement, and support multidisciplinary teams

- Has a clear understanding of discharge planning, system working, and community interfaces
Main duties of the job
As Stroke Specialist Clinical Lead, you will:
- Provide expert clinical leadership across stroke services
- Support and influence best practice, standards, and service development
- Work collaboratively with MDTs, managers, and system partners
- Champion safe, timely, and effective transitions of care
