Job summary
We are looking for a dedicated organised individual to continue the role of our Dental Referral Co-Ordinator. You will be responsible for leading on the administrative support by processing referrals, scheduling appointments and generally supporting our Senior Management Team and being pivotal part in supporting the wider service. You will be in collaboration with our Senior Dental Officers to maintain a successful General Anaesthetic pathway. Additionally, you will assist the Administration Manager in reviewing and updating processes and most importantly being primary contact for resolving issues and training new staff on our Dental Software. Main duties of the job
Leading on responsibility of the workload for the day to day running of Dental Referral Co-Ordinator. Providing administrative support for the Oxfordshire Community Dental Service - processing referrals, booking in appointments, producing reports for our Senior Management Team. The post holder will also work closely with our Senior Dental Officers to support and maintain and continuing a successful General Anaesthetic pathway. In addition, you will be supporting The Administration Manager in reviewing and updating processes as well as being the main contact, effectively dealing with issues and training new starters on our Dental Software.
