The Business Support Manager will contribute to the production and negotiation of contracts, agree and implement contract performance and monitoring activities including escalation where appropriate for under-delivery, and ensure coordination and communication across all internal and external stakeholders, including Trust departments such as Finance, Quality, Performance and Information.

The post holder will support the development and implementation of the Trust performance management framework, work with colleagues across the operational service areas to review and improve performance, meeting local and national requirements, and produce timely and accurate reports to facilitate this.

The post holder will support the wider Business Services team with regular and ad-hoc activities and requirements as needed.
