Health Improvement Team Administrator:

Oxfordshire Community Dental Service, part of Oxford Health, has been commissioned by Oxfordshire County Council to lead on oral health improvement across the county. Our dedicated Oral Health Improvement Team works beyond the dental chair--empowering communities with the knowledge, skills and confidence to improve their oral health and overall wellbeing.
The team administrator is a pivotal role within the Oral Health Improvement team as our administrator is usually the first contact someone has with our service; requesting training, information or support.
We will:
- Provide you with bespoke and mandatory training and on-going support
- Ensure you have regular supervision meetings with your Line Manager
- Support you to progress in your role
This is a part-time post, 22.5 hours per week worked over a minimum of three days per week. There is some flexibility around some remote working and working between the hours of 08.00 and 17.00hrs.
Main duties of the job
Main duties:
- Support Oxfordshire's Oral Health Improvement team, providing office administration support for the team and the wider Community Dental Service.
- Support the Resource Administrator with Oral Health resources for our service users and partners.
- Assist with the processing of and data inputting from our service delivery and assist with the creation of infographics for reports, using a range of computer and graphics programmes.
- Maintain and organise the delivery of stock and resources.
