Buckinghamshire Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service & Eating Disorders (CAMHs and ED service) is looking for a Improvement Coordinator to join them. You should be a high calibre person who can support the teams delivering a range of improvement projects across the service.
Please note this role is a on a 12 months fixed term contract.
Main duties of the job
- To lead delivery on 2 improvement projects, working collaboratively with clinical and management colleagues.
- To coordinate a wide range of improvement projects that are being led by clinical leadership roles in the service.
- To ensure there are regular updates shared with the service Snr Leadership Team on all improvement projects.
- Design, develop and implement appropriate reporting to provide assurance to the Snr Leadership Team against key improvement projects
- Collaborate with clinical and operational project leads, supporting them to deliver improvement projects.
- Support the development and maintenance of all documentation and tracking tools, including a detailed suite of project plans and business cases, quality records and action plans for improvement work.
- Maintain a high level of analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in overseeing the monitoring of a large number of projects.
- Coordinate the necessary quality and clinical, HR, finance scrutiny and sign-off as required for improvement projects.
- Maintain and update the Risk and Issue Log and ensure that all risks and issues are being managed appropriately, escalating as needed
