Do you have proven administrative and communications skills and would like to be part of delivering an efficient customer-focused service to our clinical team, service users and carers?
We are recruiting for a full-time Team Administrator to join our City & South Oxfordshire Learning Disabilities Team based at our Slade Site in Oxford and our Hub office in Abingdon, with some flexibility to work from home.
We are passionate about what we do, delivering our service to people with Learning Disabilities in Oxfordshire. You'll be joining a small, highly valued administration team working as part of the wider community multi-disciplinary team that is supportive and committed to delivering a high quality, person-centred service. Regular supervision will be provided and you will be encouraged and supported to undertake any training relevant to your professional and personal development.

Main duties of the job
- Administrating referrals for patients
- Keeping the electronic patient records and data spreadsheets accurately maintained
- Communicating with stakeholders, processing complex and sensitive communications ensuring information is shared with the team in a timely manner and responding to queries from the clinical team regarding core functions of administration
- Produce correspondence, organise and attend meetings,prepare agendas and take minutes and produce audit reports
- Support clinicians directly byminute taking at case reviews meetings and organising patient appointments
