B&NES, Swindon and Wiltshire CAMHS have a real ethos of compassionate leadership and kindness.

We are happy to support an element of home-based working but we also have returned to having face-to-face meetings as we believe this is key to well-functioning teams.

You will work with the Team Manager to ensure the successful and effective day-to-day management of the Service so that it provides a responsive, high-quality service to patients with common mental health problems.

As Deputy Team Manager, you will have specific lead areas of responsibility whilst also maintaining effective links with mental health leads, childrens services, public health and other stake holders.
