Job summary
Are you a Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist and interested in working in Buckinghamshire with children and young people? Are you in interested in mental health and/or neurodiversity.
We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and committed individual to join us and work as part of our Single Point of Access Team to deliver improved access and outstanding services for children and young people. The team is please to offer a 12 month fixed term for Senior Spa Supervisor. You be joining friendly nurturing team and who work in fast paced service. You will need to hold a professional qualification and be from a strong community mental health background, ideally with experience and knowledge of CAMHS or children's services.

This role is eligible for an incentive scheme of £3,500 paid at intervals over an 18-month period. All payments are pro-rata, non-pensionable and subject to a clawback clause. Please note that only employees external to Oxford Health NHS are eligible for this scheme.
Main duties of the job
- To promote the mental and emotional health of children, young people, and families in the community. Understanding their needs, identifying risk and support the family in accessing appropriate services.
- To prevent more serious mental health problems in children and young people by early identification of the development of mental health problems.
- To have a wide range of knowledge in approaches to communicating and managing care with families, children and young people.
- To have excellent communication skills and to be able to promote integrated healthcare working internally and externally.
