Job summary

Are you an individual with strong admin experience looking for a career within mental health?

We have a full time opportunity as a Team Administrator to join our friendly and busy team of clinicians, who support patients attending the emergency department with mental health concerns.

You will support with taking calls, general administration and timely distribution of correspondence and be a valuable member of the team, supporting the service.

Main duties of the job

  • Opening, sorting, and distributing internal and external correspondence.
  • Answering the telephone for the members of the team, taking accurate messages, and helping callers with their enquiries when necessary
  • Arranging meetings for members of the team, this will include liaising with internal and external professionals, arranging room booking and ordering any hospitality requirements.
  • Diary management and ensuring that managers are supported in the scheduling of their diaries.
  • Maintain up to date filing systems and databases
  • Maintain and support accurate records, such as turnaround documents; annual leave records; training records; expense forms.
