Job description
Job responsibilities
At Oxford Health Trust, we do things differently and acknowledge how important it is to have a work life balance. Theres no doubt that work can be tricky, and things dont always go to plan, but we are all about supporting each other and being able to laugh together and problem solve when things go awry.
We can continue to develop your skills but what is most important is that you are happy in your role with our amazing team who will keep you buoyant if you are having a tough day. Work can bring both rewards and challenges, but it is this strong supportive team that will get you through the day and still smiling by teatime.
The Trust visions are the solid bedrock foundations that embed everything we do. Our team ethos adorns the bedrock and although very simple, is uniquely elegant and works like this: come to work, be happy, be yourself, do your job, be kind, eat lunch and go home on time. We are proud that we have achieved our local vision of a great, positive and supportive place to work; this is what keeps a core of stability in our team during times of change.
You will be supported by the generosity of excellent team knowledge and experience. Clinical and managerial supervision are augmented with profession specific supervision as required with systemic and psychodynamic opportunities.
The team serves the community of Abingdon, Didcot, Wantage, Henley, Thame and the surrounding villages and parts of Oxford City, providing a service that operates Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. We welcome conversations and visits if that would be helpful to understand the role a little bit more.
