Job summary
We're looking for a dynamic Lead Administrator to support the District Nursing Triage Desk
This is a varied and demanding role that will provide opportunities for developing processes within a friendly team of clinicians and administrators to ensure patient needs are met and that accurate paper and electronic records are maintained.
You will be highly organised with the ability to multitask and problem solve in a busy and varied environment.
Main duties of the job
As Lead Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the administrative team across the office and work flexibly to meet the needs of this multi-disciplinary team. You will need excellent communication skills and be reliable and punctual and have experience in managing a small team.
In this varied role, you will have an active involvement in supporting Trust policies for core tasks, health & safety, auditing and maintaining accurate records. There will be opportunities to work directly with clinicians, minute meetings and develop processes.
You will need be able to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment, motivating and supporting the administrative team and be able to work autonomously.
