Job summary

Are you seeking a part-time clinical leadership position?

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the Bucks Recovery College (BRC).

You will be responsible for the management of the Bucks Recovery College (BRC) through a hub and spoke model based around internal, external and community partnerships. You'll provide a high quality and responsive service, delivering a range of co-produced recovery focused courses and workshops for service users, staff, relatives, friends and carers across the trust.

This role is an fixed term position lasting till January 2026 on a part-time basis of 15 hours per week.

Candidates must have a background as a mental health nurse, occupational therapist, phycology professional or social worker.

Main duties of the job

  • Work closely with the BRC Steering Group and other stakeholders to promote, develop, and embed the principles of recovery-oriented practice and co-production across the organisation.
  • Align the BRC within Primary Care Mental Health Hubs (PCMHH) and other agreed changes in line with the BRC Review.
  • Partner with the BRC Clinical Coordinator and the college's Lived Experience Educators to ensure co-production is modelled throughout the college leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the PCMHH Manager to develop learning and development opportunities for our workforce.
  • Ensure the staff of the College demonstrate the value of the service by positively promoting its offer and collecting and collating data in line with reporting requirements.

The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.
