Main duties of the job
- Assist the existing administration team and local team with general administrative tasks within the Memory Assessment Service.
- Responsible for supporting the day-to-day organisation of the team, requiring excellent IT and communication skills, reliability, and dedication.
- Provide support for existing administrators, including processing emails and uploading them to the clinical database.
- Support the team in handovers and all administrative tasks, with opportunities to work directly with clinicians and other administrative colleagues.
- Maintain equipment and stock supplies, update electronic patient records, and ensure high standards within the office for quick and easy access to clinical paperwork
