Job summary
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join the Buckinghamshire Adult Mental Health Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team as aTeam Performance and Administration Manager.
You will be vital to assisting in implementing specialist mental health crisis resolution and home treatment interventions within Buckinghamshire, ensuring service users are supported through their crisis and referred on or signposted to the most appropriate service as required.The team provides comprehensive crisis resolution and home treatment interventions, professional advice, guidance and signposting as needed.
You'll be working as part of the Adult Mental Health Crisis team across the partnership and have specific responsibilities as Gateway Performance & Admin Manager.

Main duties of the job
- Maintain clear and effective communication with a wide range of individuals, including clinical staff, patients, medics, and other administrators within the organization. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating care and ensuring smooth operations.
- Utilize your strong IT and organizational skills to manage various administrative tasks. This includes handling confidential information with a thorough understanding of data protection principles.
- Managing junior administrative staff, ensuring they are supported and guided in their roles.
- Coordinate patient appointments for clinics, manage referrals, and provide administrative support to clinicians. Ensuring that patients are booked appropriately and that all necessary information is accurately recorded and communicated.
- Manage varying work patterns and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards.
- Knowledge of IT systems, particularly those specific to mental health, is crucial for this role.
The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.
