Job summary
Are you a highly organised and personable individual looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking an administrator to join our ADHD Clinic Team, located at The Sue Nicholls Centre in Aylesbury, with the requirement to travel to our other location at Saffron House in High Wycombe.
The role will largely involve supporting with appointment organisation, keeping data updated, taking calls from other professionals, parents and carers so a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential.

Main duties of the job
As first point of contact for our patients and clinicians this role will be crucial in creating a positive first impression of the service. Some of your daily responsibilities will be:
- To manage clinician timetables and support making appointments for families.
- To support band 4 admin to maintain data for the service
- To liaise with patients, pharmacies, residential homes and other outside agencies regarding queries and requests.
- To support processes in the team to ensure children are moved to shared care agreements in a timely way.
- To ensure that any queries on medication are highlighted to the Clinician .
- Keep records up to date for monitoring purposes.
