The role will focus on triaging patients referred into the duty desk via SPA for further care under the existing District nursing teams. The position is open to those who currently work as a community nurse, are in stage 2-3 of the career progression framework and are looking to develop their skills in triage. The successful candidate will work on the duty desk in the initial transition from locality working to a centralised duty desk. Responsibilities and training will be tailored accordingly.

This opportunity is available to nurses who are ready to take the next step into developing their own community career. In return we will support your progression through a District Nursing career progression framework, including advanced clinical practice and leadership training in this area.
