Job summary
We are recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Clinical Systems team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
This is a full time role (37.5 hours per week) based at our Littlemore Mental Health Centre in Oxford where you will be responsible for supporting on a number of digital projects across the Trust to ensure our programmes of change and related project activities are delivered effectively through a PRINCE2 project support system.
You'll play a key role in monitory, reporting and evaluating projects as well as delivering system training for professionals and clinicians across the Trust.

Main duties of the job
- Supporting digital projects and project activities within the Clinical Systems team
- Prioritising multiple projects and tasks appropriately to meet the needs of the Trust, the department and associated deadline through contributing and maintaining a PRINCE2 based project support system and associated functions
- Design, develop and implement appropriate Programme and Project reporting to provide assurance to the Executive and Board as well as coordination, gathering and collating of regular updates from leads
- Co-ordinate and provide support and training for staff where required during change management and project activities - particularly during change implementation phases
- Deputise for Project and Programme Managers where required and bring to the attention of colleagues any urgent or potential issues that could cause disruption to planned business changes
