We are a specialist service in psychosis. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will carry a complex caseload as well as offer clinical leadership to the Bucks Early Intervention Service. We are looking for an individual with a passion for the ethos of our service - working intensively with those who have experienced a first episode of psychosis, with an emphasis on evidence-based recovery.
This is a multi-disciplinary team, where you will work with a range of other professionals in order to promote recovery. There will also be an emphasis on family work and supporting carers / family members.

Main duties of the job
You would act as an advanced autonomous practitioner, demonstrating a high level of practice and knowledge. The Clinical Lead will care coordinate a small complex caseload, as well as supervising and mentoring staff in the team. The role is to drive up clinical standard across a diverse team. You would also have oversight of service improvement / QI projects in the team, undertake our Duty to Cooperate role (MAPPA, MATAC) and lead on equality and diversity.
This role will require you to travel between community bases, as this is a county-wide role, you must therefore be comfortable with driving for work purposes and able to travel freely within the hours of the role.
