We are looking for an DClinPsych Education Administrator to join our friendly team. If you have great communications skills are enthusiastic and motivated and are able to adapt in line with the changing needs of the service then this could be just the role for you.

This role provides administrative support to the Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology Research and Training (OxICPTR), part of The Oxford Centre for Psychological Health at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Main duties of the job

As part of this role you will provide a friendly and helpful service to all trainees, visiting lecturers and visitors to OxICPTR. Dealing with their queries, referring to course staff as appropriate You will be responsible for both incoming and outgoing calls to the team, be able to take accurate messages and pass them on in a timely manner. You will circulate agendas, minutes, memos, and other internal communications as required

In this varied role you will support the senior administrators in collating information and set up for the workshops and training events. On occasion this will include helping to prepare and set up training spaces and hosting the workshop presenters on the day of the events. Provide basic IT support - alongside the OCTC Learning Technologist and service refreshments to function rooms when required along with clearing and preparing the space ready for the next meeting
