Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Financial Services team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust in the post of Accounts Payable Officer.

You will be part of a busy Accounts Payable team that are responsible for processing supplier invoices. The role would suit someone who has a focus on customer service, great attention to detail and used to working in an organised and proactive manner to meet set deadlines.

This is a Hybrid job - 2-3 days working from office and the rest working from home.

Main duties of the job

The role has a number of responsibilities and on a day to day basis you will be processing invoices received onto accounts payable software and sending to managers for approval. Monitoring outstanding invoices on accounts payable software by confirming that invoices have not been rejected by managers and chase up approval or resolution on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for processing manual payments ensuring that they are correctly approved by the relevant manager and effectively maintain supplier account records.
