Oxfordshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support our Mental Health Services and deliver a portfolio of Change and Improvement Projects.

In this role, you will be instrumental in leading change and improvement projects to deliver excellent patient care, while supporting our staff to work as effectively as possible. You'll work closely with our service leads and clinicians to scope, plan and deliver improvements.

We know how important a good work/life balance is, so role will be predominantly home working with occasional travel to support workshops/meetings.

Main duties of the job

For this role, we'll need you to have strong project management and effective communication skills to work across the system and facilitate progress with key stakeholders.

This is a fast paced programme of work and will require someone to is ready to hit the ground running.

You'll be working closely with senior management teams operational and clinical as well as other Trust colleagues, external partners, patients and carers. You will also manage in a matrix structure to support the development and delivery of change and improvement projects.
