An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our Clinical Information Systems Team.
The Project Manager will need to have effective communication skills to work across the system and facilitate progress with key stakeholders.

Main duties of the job
The Project Manager will co-ordinate and provide support and training for staff where required during project and change management activities - particularly during change implementation phases. They will undertake designated requests for change and manage activities that are appropriate to the grade.
You will be responsible for managing the delivery of a variety of digital projects and project activities, including supporting the procurement and mobilisation of new digital products and the ongoing optimisation of the Trust's clinical systems.
You will work within combined teams made up of IM&T, clinical and operational staff and external stakeholders. Depending on the nature of the project / activity, the post-holder may be required to lead, advise and develop teams under the direction of programme managers within the Clinical Systems service.

As a Project Manager, the post holder will ensure that all projects and project activities meet Clinical Systems key objectives and support the delivery of the Trusts overall plans. They will also act as a knowledgeable resource within service areas and across the Trust in Project and Change Management.
You will deliver elements of the EHR Programme through the delivery of products using established project management discipline, adhering to the Prince2 standard.
You will ensure that there is a successful transition of new products that avoids clinical risks, complies with governance standards, data security and supports secondary use of data.
You will oversee project team members to deliver the requirements listed above and engage and liaise with key stakeholders, in particular:
- To support the delivery of day to day project activities
- To manage the project team and drive delivery of a range of products and work packages
- Support the EHR Programme in demonstrating value for money for the current spend through tracking, managing and delivering agreed benefit.
