Job summary

We have exciting opportunities for a Newly Registered Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist or Social Worker to join our established, supportive Community Mental Health Team, based at the Saffron House and /or Amersham Health Centre.

The Chiltern AMHT supports adults of working age (18-65) who experience a wide range of mental health conditions. We are committed to the person-centred recovery approach in all our clinical work and pride ourselves in offering a high-quality service reflected in our CQC rating of Good. As a team, we strive to ensure that we deliver high quality, patient-centred care and that our staff are supported in their roles and encouraged to develop

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who works well in a team, but also has the ability to work independently using their own initiative.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of mental health and the impact this can have on a person's wellbeing

You will also attend mandatory training courses in line with the requirements of the role, Health and Safety Regulations and as part of your personal development.
