Job summary

We are looking for an experienced, professional, enthusiastic Facilities Support Manager.

This role requires operational support working across Aylesbury and other sites supported by Facilities .

Main duties of the job

You will be a part of a passionate team providing operational support across two sites. You must be able to communicate and work with staff internally and externally at all levels. You will have access to trust wide learning and development programmes and be supported in your personal development.

Other main duties include:

  • Management of staff
  • Ability to travel to locations in Aylesbury and surrounding areas
  • Rota Management
  • Vacancy Management
  • Sickness Management
  • Communication with Senior Teams within the trust
  • Ability to work on various IT packages
