Job summary

As the Interim Director of Estates and Facilities you will be responsible for leading Oxford Health NHS Trusts Estates and Facilities department.

This is a challenging yet rewarding leadership role where you will have the influence to make a real impact on the Trust's sustainability, utilising the current estate to support best patient care and exciting future developments.

Main duties of the job

Using your extensive leadership skills and experience you will lead your team to work with Services to define the Trust's Estates and Facilities strategies. You will deliver the Estates strategy through property acquisition or disposal, capital and revenue funded projects, maintenance and through responsive operational service.

You will also deliver food, transport, logistics, hard & soft facilities management, energy, sustainability, health & safety strategies for the Trust.

Previous NHS experience is essential for this role along with the personal value of improving quality and efficiency wherever possible.

The Trust has an ambitious sustainability and green plan which you will champion, promote, and help to deliver.
