Job summary

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an administrator in our team. This is a newly created post so the successful applicant will have an opportunity to make it their own.

The role is part of a small team in our newly developed At Risk Mental States (ARMS) Service in Buckinghamshire. The Buckinghamshire ARMS Service will provide timely assessment, psychological intervention and monitoring for those at ultra-high clinical risk for developing psychosis.

We are looking for a confident, competent individual to support the team on a part-time basis with various administrative tasks that are essential in keeping the service running smoothly.

Main duties of the job

  • To provide a comprehensive administrative support to the clinical staff and managers within the Department.
  • To be the first point of contact for patients, staff and visitors; to handle enquiries from all efficiently and courteously and with a polite and professional manner.
  • Organise patient appointments, respond to email requests, uploading information to our database system and sending out correspondence.
  • Collating leave/Toil requests and ordering of supplies for the team.
