We primarily cover north Oxfordshire based at the Fiennes centre in Banbury. We are a part of a wider community team throughout the whole of Oxfordshire which we support.
The service runs 7 days a week 08:00- 20:00.

Main duties of the job
The work is within a MDT, working to help patients rehab in their own home environment. We are a short term service offering rehab up to 6 weeks. We are a Kind , friendly team with the patient at the centre of everything we do.
You will work under indirect supervision as part of an interdisciplinary team to prioritise, assess, plan and implement patient specific programmes of care/rehabilitation, contributing to the continuous assessment of patients.
You must communicate effectively with all patients, and their families/carers using a range of verbal and non-verbal communication tools ensuring their understanding of the diagnosis and treatment plan.

- A keen interest in implementing latest evidence-base
- Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as showing initiative and promoting new ideas on how to improve the service
- Be compassionate, caring and creative with excellent communication skills
- All new starters have a 6 month probationary period. This, together with the induction process, aims to create a positive supportive working environment allowing new employees to learn key elements of their role over a reasonable timescale
- Candidates not currently employed by the Trust who attend an interview for non-qualified Band 1-5 posts are required to undertake numeracy and literacy assessments.
