Team Administrator - Community Rehabilitation Team

Job summary

This is an exciting new post created to join our brand new Community Rehabilitation Team in Buckinghamshire. The post holder will provide administrative support to a multi-skilled team who will deliver a recovery focussed community rehabilitation service for individuals with severe and enduring mental health (SMI).

Your focus will be to support the Community Rehabilitation Team with full administrative, clerical and secretarial duties.as requested and to offer a first point of contact for the Teams.

This also an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of a new service and the post holder will initially provide administrative support to the project team to facilitate the implementation of the new service.

Main duties of the job

You should be able to demonstrate your experience and skills in business administration, including excellent organizational skills, experience setting up complex events and meetings for a diverse range of stakeholders, proficient with using MS Office programs - Excel, TEAMS, Word and Outlook, data collection, collation, and reporting. You will have GCSE English and Maths (minimum Grade C or equivalent).
