Main duties of the job
As Senior HR Advisor you will support and provide specialist advice to staff and managers in all aspects of employee relations case work, sickness absence management and organisational change. You will provide sound advice to managers as well as undertaking activities to support the delivery of the Trust's People Plan such as upskilling Line Managers through the delivery of training.
Responsible to the HR Consultant you will provide an efficient, responsive, and professional HR advisory service, which will involve visiting sites across a wide geographical area. You will thrive on pace and complexity with high levels of resilience and energy to support our services in their delivery of excellent and high quality of care to patients.
