We are looking for an experienced clinician to join us to Clinically lead our fantastic Therapy Team within Witney Community Hospital.
Are you an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, who is pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible and above all an amazing communicator?
Can you work in a fast-paced demanding environment contributing to the Rehabilitation of Older People within a Community Hospital Setting?

Main duties of the job
You will be also responsible for the operational management of your team and supporting their professional and clinical development.
Building effective relationships is essential as you will act as a central point of contact for expert knowledge and information for our MDT, patients, their families, and carers. Working closely with the MDT, acute, community and social care partners to ensure that barriers are removed, and problems solved, which allow us to provide an excellent Rehabilitation service and safe and timely discharge of patients.
Whichever profession you are from, you will work within your professional function, receiving appropriate supervision and using your unique skills to support both our patients and MDTs progressing our patients' rehabilitation journey through to discharge.

The successful candidate will be joining a committed, enthusiastic team of highly skilled diabetes specialist nurses supported by a dedicated team of administrators, in order to achieve delivery of the service. Nurses receive strong, regular clinical supervision and support from the local diabetes consultants within Oxford University Hospitals (OUH NHS FT). We are open to consideration for flexible work patterns, including a balance of home/office working.
