We're offering a substantive full-time Consultant Head & Neck Robotic/Thyroid post, primarily based at Northampton General Hospital, with opportunities for cross-site collaboration.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will provide expert care in Head and Neck oncology, including robotic and thyroid surgery, as part of a regional multidisciplinary team based at Northampton General Hospital.

Responsibilities include managing complex cancer cases through established MDTs, participating in major surgical procedures, contributing to service development across NGH, KGH, and Milton Keynes, and engaging in academic collaboration with Leicester Royal Infirmary.

The role also involves supporting inpatient and outpatient ENT services, with flexibility for cross-site working to meet service needs.
