We're looking for 2 individuals to become an integral part of our Resourcing Team. Currently, we're seeking Resourcing Administrators (Band 3). We will consider candidates for the role of Resourcing Assistant (Band 2). If selected for the Assistant position, we'll provide training to help you grow into the role of Resourcing Administrator. This is a opportunity to join a busy team and develop your skills within NHS recruitment.
Working within the People Services Department, you will support the recruitment and selection of prospective employees by providing an efficient, effective and confidential service. The Resourcing team supports the Trust to recruit to vacancies across a wide variety of areas.
You will thrive in our fast-paced yet structured environment, where you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and using your initiative to effectively prioritise your workload. Strong attention to detail is essential, as data entry is a key part of the role. Combined with excellent customer service skills, you will support the delivery of an efficient and professional service to both the Trust and prospective employees.
This is a predominantly administrative role, requiring you to work with a high degree of autonomy to complete tasks and manage responsibilities effectively.
You will help facilitate the recruiting of staff whilst supporting our collaborative work with Northampton General Hospital.
Main duties of the job
Liaise with Divisional Resourcing Business Partner and recruiting managers to understand the divisional resourcing requirements and support with the resourcing process.
Support recruiting managers in their utilisation of the TRAC system answering emails, telephone and face to face queries.
Supporting recruiting managers to ensure that the recruitment process is completed in an efficient, timely and high-quality manner.
Entry of data into ESR in an accurate and timely manner to ensure payroll and e-Rostering deadlines are met.
Ensure completion of all candidates' recruitment checks in line with NHS Employers checks, employment law and Trust policy and procedure. Including but not limited to: Identity checks; Professional registration and qualifications check; Employment history and reference check; Right to work; Work health assessment; DBS check; Fit and Proper Person Test
Ensure recruitment documentation is produced and provided in an accurately and timely manner.
Participation and support of resourcing activity outside of normal day to day resourcing administration which includes but is not limited to: new starter inductions; job fairs; careers events; interview panels; recruitment campaigns; bulk recruitment events, as agreed by your Divisional Resourcing Business Partner
