Job summary
The Therapy Team at Kettering General Hospital are seeking a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker who will be expected to provide high quality,evidence-based care for our patients within the acute wards, out-patients and pulmonary rehabilitation settings. The role also involvesadministrative tasks i.e booking appointments and data inputting
Main duties of the job
Your responsibilities will include supporting the therapy team with patient treatments, working independently with patients individually to practicetheir activities of daily living, mobility and exercises as well as supporting group classes. The role also includes clerical tasks such as appointmentbooking, sending letters, patient telephone calls and data inputting.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and team working skills, as well as effective communication skills.You should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the role applied for.
This is a 22.5 hours per week post and staff will be expected to work across 7 days.
