We offer flexible working hours on our bank across urgent care and inpatient wards to suit your current lifestyle as we know work / life balance is important. We are particularly looking for physiotherapists to support our weekend service across urgent care and medical wards.
The Therapy team holds a high profile within the wider trust and is at the forefront of many service development strategies, continually developing and introducing new, pioneering prospects for the service.
Main duties of the job
To provide skilled specialist physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with diversepresentations and complex physical and psychological conditions, to provide a clinicaldiagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme.
To hold responsibility for own case load, working without direct supervision. Indirectsupervision takes the form of regular formal training and clinical reasoning sessionsand peer review. Access to advice and support from a senior physiotherapist isavailable if required. All bank posts are supported with induction and supervision.
