Job summary
This is a new post in the Imaging Department at Kettering General Hospital. The post holder will join an established cohesive team of radiologists supporting clinicians and delivering acute and elective imaging in both specialist areas and in general radiology. Sub-specialty interest in any sub-specialty will be entertained but will prefer cardio-thoracic, paediatricimaging.
Main duties of the job
The Post holder would mainly support emergency adult and paediatric radiology, cancer imaging reporting, attending multi-disciplinary team meetings and covering Ultrasound, CT and MR sessions in theworking week.
The appointees will be encouraged to perform basic interventionalprocedures, like biopsies and drainages under supervision.

- Educated to MBBS and post graduate radiology qualification/FRCR (full or part) level or equivalent level of education.
- Full Registration with the GMC and hold a current license to practice.
- Minimum of 3 years radiology training or experience
- ACHIEVED ALL RCR TRAINING COMPETENCIES AS IN E- PORTFOLIO
- FRCR 1 or 2A
- MBBS, MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
