Join our Phlebotomy Dream Team, we are recruiting!
Kettering General Hospital are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Phlebotomist to join our high energy team, delivering outstanding care to our patients.
As part of our team you will work closely with the Phlebotomy Manager to make sure every patient receives an excellent experience.
These posts will provide cover to all of our Phlebotomy facilities, this will involve travelling to Wellingborough, Irthlingborough, , Corby or Kettering as the service requires, this is an essential requirement for the role.

Main duties of the job
As a Phlebotomist at Kettering, you will be responsible for delivering high quality care across all locations of our Phlebotomy sites. You will be required to undertake shift patterns which can differ to meet the needs of the service over a 7 day week in line with agenda for change.
Applicants must have current/recent experience of working as a Phlebotomist in the NHS and will be expected to discuss these experiences at interview.
Own transport and current full UK driving license is essential.
Attention to detail, flexible attitude and ability to work under pressure as part of a team are vital requirements for this post.
