We are currently recruiting to a full time vacancy within the Outpatient Administration Team, based at Robinson Way. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our administration team working in a friendly supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the well-established Outpatient Administration team to deliver a high level of service. You will be methodical and self-motivated, have a flexible approach and the ability to work proactively using your own initiative whilst possessing a confident and professional manner.

- GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematic Grade A-C
- Good command of written and spoken English
Desirable
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent level of experience
- NVQ Level 4 in Administration or equivalent.
Knowledge / experience
Essential
- Experience or working in a busy and demanding office/customer facing environment
- Significant experience in Outpatients with a track record of delivery and meeting targets
- Medway PAS - Outpatient experience
- Be able to demonstrate a wider knowledge of the work of the NHS
- Experience of planning and organising own workload

- Experience in the use of computerised Patient Administration System or equivalent computerised system
- Demonstrate a high level of personal self-management and organisation
- Demonstrate skills of tact, sensitivity when dealing with complaints and enquiries both verbally and written.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
