We are delighted to offer the opportunity for a staff nurse post on Linhope Habilitation Ward, Secure Care Services at the purpose built Sycamore Unit, Northgate Park
Linhope Habilitation is a 12 bedded ward.
Linhope Habilitation Ward provides specialist medium secure inpatient treatment for men with mental health and criminal justice considerations. The focus of the ward is to provide a period of habilitation as we prepare patients for rehabilitation and discharge into the community.
Main duties of the job
Act as a Primary/Named Nurse within a multi-disciplinary team, developing collaborative, and needs based care plans, through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Provide excellent professional, skilled and effective person centred, evidence based nursing care.
Be actively involved in the health and wellbeing of staff and service users.
Be visible and accessible to patients, families and carers working together to ensure efficient, effective and caring services.
Contribute to achieving all performance indicators, essential standards and quality outcomes
