Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a part time Administrative Officer within the North Cumbria Adult Autism Assessment service based in west Cumbria. The service offers assessment for autism for individuals over eighteen years of age. The service is made of assessing practitioners, a pathway co-ordinator as well as peer support for individuals referred into the service.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service and organisational skills. We are looking for someone who can communicate efficiently and compassionately with the individuals referred.
The role involves managing referrals as they come into the service via the electronic system, handling queries and a range of secretarial duties. These include processing mail, arranging clinics and typing.
The role involves working closely with the Pathway Co-ordinator and Clinical lead to ensure maintain efficiency and consistency in service delivery.

- General level of education to O-Level/ GCSE or equivalent
